Return Process

  Upon arrival, please check your items immediately to ensure everything is correct and in perfect condition.

  Document Damage

  If an item arrives broken or defective, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping packaging it arrived in.

  Email our Customer Revolution team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the damaged goods.

  Receive Resolution

  Once your claim is verified, we will issue a replacement or a store credit to ensure your makeup collection stays complete.
